Las Vegas, Nevada.  Named ”Sin City” where everything is legal. World famous hotels and casinos make Las Vegas a great place to live.  The prices of Las Vegas homes have gone up each of the last five years. In February 2004, a piece of Henderson real estate was auctioned off for $287,000 per acre, and there were 1700 more acres purchased in June of 2005 for $298,000 an acre, which set a record for the price per acre in the United States.
