The diy approach if fine if you absolutely can’t afford an attorney. However, using an attorney is always the best approach.
I have to agree. In this kind of situation, an attorney is crucial and can save you thousands of dollars in the end. If you can’t afford an attorney, consider searching for a legal aid society in your area. Often low-income families qualify for free legal help.
