USDA Rural Housing Development Home Loan has changed their income limits.

The original date for USDA Rural Housing to raise the maximum income limits was January 20th of 2009.  Now, finally the income limits have officially been raised. USDA Rural Housing in Utah has combined the number of family members to 1-4 and 5-8 to determine eligibility.

USDA Rural Development does not require any down payment. You may finance up to 102% of the purchase price of the home. You must have a reasonable credit score to qualify for RDA Rural Housing. This loan has no monthly mortgage insurance. RDA Rural Mortgage is one of Utah’s most affordable loans. You will qualify if you have the ability to make monthly mortgage payments, show the willingness to pay the loan back, make less than 125% of the median income and live in a rural area.
