Hey Jared,

I narrowed my choices down to Appfolio and Buildium property management software and ultimately chose Buildium. From my research, they both are great software and you can’t go wrong with either choice. I wish you nothing but success.

Same here, I started investing in sacramento property at the trough of the crash. The repairs were moderate; The only hard part was finding someone to manage the properties for me. Fortunately, since the cashflow was good, I just started a small company of 4 or so to do it myself.

We use this program called Rent Pro (rentprosolutions.com) and it’s been a real time and money saver

Stockton is good too if you know where to look. (for investment houses, not to live!)
