We had a forum several years ago, but it wasn't convenient for the owners of WN due to the amount of time we wasted dealing with spam (similar to your comment). As far as the name change - it wouldn't make any sense to move over to a new URL due to the SEO strength that we've built over the past 3.5 years. You profess to be an "SEO Expert" on your website, so you should know by now that a name change wouldn't be beneficial to our search engine marketing agenda. But, if you're still playing the AR vs WN game, you're obviously completely out of touch with what's really happening in online real estate marketing.
