Hi Bodie,

I have been researching the 3 forms that you need to take advantage of the incentive. My impression was you must have these forms filled out and approved prior to closing escrow. When I know more, I’ll post here in the comments. Please check back often.

I bought a house at 5248 squirrel run strawberry az. that closed March 8 ,2010.I need to know how I can sign up to retrieve closing costs &/or appliances of 3.5% incentives ? I was told the property did qualify for the incentives.Where do I get forms and what is the procedure to follow to obtain these incentives?
