The EcoBroker Energy Advantage™ courseoffered on Saturday gave agents and brokers alike a crash course in the Energy Advantage curriculum, which was designed to teach them about the benefits of going green. Topics included everything from green financing options for new homes to helping sellers trump up their homes’ green features to help sell in a tough market.
