Rates are still pretty darn low. It is more and more difficult to qualify these days though.
Rates aren’t jumping the way we anticipated they would once the Fed pulled out of the MBS market. Hopefully, it’s a positive indication that investors have confidence in the stability of real estate.
However, Jason, it is slightly painful to get some borrowers into home loans. It would be nice if we could get back to common sense lending. I guess we’ll see.
