Another Great Syndication Resource

Everyone know that advertising real estate online is all about syndication, right?  Well if you don’t agree, you can stop reading now and move on to another article.  If you’re interested in finding new ways to market yourself and your listings online without paying a penny, read on. So here’s the little announcement that I was so happy to hear about:

JustSnooping.com has just announced that all of their customer’s virtual tour are now being syndicated out to VirtualTour.com, an aggregate for online media of all types.  JustSnooping looks to be the first of many real estate data feeds being fed to the website.  The site already has feeds from prominent car dealerships in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana and Texas. VirtualTour.com has also been working with Point2 a large real estate listing aggregater with hopes to start boasting that their users will be able to search though well over 600,000 real estate listings with in the site in the very near future.

This is all well and good but what if your MLS doesn’t feed to Point2 and your virtual tour provider doesn’t have the capability to feed your listing to VirtualTour.com?  Well, that’s easy, VirtualTour.com allows everyone to manually post content to their site.  I know what your thinking… “Manually?  That means my assistant will be busy all day manually posting my listings! I can’t watch her do that all day, it makes my eyes hurt.  I get carpel-tunnels just thinking about her doing all that typing!” LOL!  Anyway, it’s easy to post and Google seems to be picking up everything I post there pretty darn quick. You might just find it’s worth your time, or your assistants time, after all.
