Tenant Pro Migration

This month I had to complete my Trust Reconciliation for the State of Nevada Real Estate Division.  As I reviewed my reports, I noticed my numbers were off even though my accounts had been reconciled every month for the last fiscal year.  After spending several days trying to figure out where the error or errors occurred, I finally realized I needed professional help.  Since I use Buildium Property Management Software for my accounting/bookkeeping, I contacted them and advised them of my situation.   Due to my time crunch, they referred me to Kari Bunch.

After speaking with her for about fifteen minutes, I knew she was the perfect one for the job. She advised she specialized in the following:

Property Management Software

TenantPro™
Appfolio™
Buidium™

Converting manually to one of these software programs? Moving from Tenant Pro or Quickbooks™ or even paper records to the new web-based Appfolio™ or Buildium™ Software?  I am highly skilled on all aspects of manual and automated Property Management software migrations.

After we hung up she spent a few hours reviewing my general ledger entries and called me with several recommendations and pointed out several mistakes I had made and taught me the proper way I should enter in those entries so they display properly.

If you are in need of any assistance for property management accounting/bookkeeping or migrating from Tenant Pro, Appfolio, or Buildium software, I suggest you contact Kari Bunch!
