There will be a Free Delaware First Time Home Buyer Seminar on Saturday July 10, 2010 at The Dover Sheraton Hotel in Dover, DE from 10 AM till Noon.  The seminar will cover the whole First Time Home Buyer Process from Start to Finish.  We will cover the different mortgage programs available to Delaware First Time Home Buyers such as Delaware FHA Loans, Delaware USDA Rural Housing Loans, Delaware VA Loans, Delaware Homepath Loans, Delaware FHA 203k Loans, and Delaware Conventional Loans.  We will also cover the down payment assistance programs that are available in Delaware to help First Time Home Buyers.
