“So easy a caveman can do it” is what I’m thinking of Min.us. I recently discovered this site through one of the blogs I’m subscribed to and found Minus to be a wonderful solution for image sharing with clients who are not tech savvy.
The Client Who Insists On Taking Their Own Listing Pictures
We’ve all had the client who is perhaps a photographer (or wannabe) and insists on taking their own listing pics. Then comes the issue of getting the 20-40 high resolution pics to your computer from the client’s camera. Enter Min.us!
The Buyer Who Wants More Listing Pics
What about the buyer who wants more than the 9 pics allowed in the MLS listing? How do you get the other scores of pics to the buyer? Enter Min.us!
When you first go to Min.us you get an incredibly simple homepage:

Once you or your client drags the images from the computer to the home page of Min.us, there are a few but simple sharing options.
- View the images at Min.us individually. Good for sharing additional listing pics with a buyer.
- Download all the images in a .zip file. Good for getting those pics from your seller who insisted on taking their own listing pictures.
- You can share the entire gallery with whomever. Good for the buyer who wants to share their ‘find’ with some friends. And of course, this is the link your seller would provide you for the gallery of listing photos they took.
