Laguna Beach is a wonderful place to live with a wide variety of home and condos in all different type of price ranges.  If you are on a budget and don’t want to spend more than $600,000 then we recommend the following neighborhoods to start your condo search.  The first area is called “Woods Cove.”  Woods Cove is a great area in Laguna Beach that is just a couple blocks to the beach.  Homes located on the ocean front in Woods Cove can sell for as high as $7 million dollars.  One of the more famous houses currently for sale in Woods Cove is the “Gull House.”  The Gull House is a perfect example of contemporary ocean front design located in this very desirable community.  We like this community because you are surrounded by multi million dollars homes with quick beach access.  Currently, you will find three condos for sale in Woods Cove under $600,000 offer one and two bedroom units.  The Laguna Beach Real Estate market is currently seeing a very low inventory with the number of homes for sale.  If you are looking to buy a condo don’t be surprised that you will see more homes and condos coming on the market as we approach the spring and summer selling months.  If you are looking for condos more in the $300,000 range then you may want to consider the condos located in the Laguna Canyon area.  The Laguna Canyon area is located off Laguna Canyon drive which is the main street out of town as you head toward the 5 & 405 freeway.  The condos located at “The Terraces Laguna Beach” are actually located on the Laguna Beach & Aliso Viejo city border lines.  You are about 10 minutes to the main part of Laguna Beach but still have the luxury of having a Laguna Beach address.  If you don’t mind being away from the beach this makes the most economical sense for those on a budget.  We know you will love living in Laguna Beach no matter where you end up buying.  Make sure to do your research on the different neighborhoods and act quickly when a good deal comes on the market!
