Kathleen's website is a great resource to view properties ahead
of time. She also provided a listing sheet on those properties I was
interested in, which gave me more complete information. After organizing a
days worth of showings, we spent a long day looking at all of the
properties. On the second day I found the property I was looking for. We
put in an offer only to find out there was another offer in on the same
property. But with Kathleen's expertise my offer proved to the strongest
and was accepted. I am very pleased with Kathleen's realtor skills.
