Started in real estate in 1980 Salinas Calif. Went into mortgages in 1982. Did both in Salinas,Monterey,Santa Cruz and San jose until 1993 then moved to Tigard Oregon for 'the better life'.
Creative financing specialist from the good old days, knew most of the standard speakers.Napier, Miller, Allen,etc. Loved BofA -vs- Wellenkamp.
Switched out of real estate sales in 93 but still keep my DRE license for CA mortgage transactions.
Ive seen it all. Done it all.I accept ONLY honesty and full disclosure, and will fight to keep this industry clean as long as Im in it.
