Real Estate investor go getter. Only use creative methods to find and close deals. Haven't had to use my own money to fund a transaction. I am basically a wholesaler that sales to two different types of markets.

First market I cater to are other investors. I find or create deals that others can benefit from. Once I meet my sellers and buyers needs i assign the contract. Usually this way the buyer pays all cash or closes with a line of credit or hard money. Cash is what makes things go faster but lines of credit are also a quick way to get things moving.

The second market i cater to is retail owner occupants. Sometimes i will have to close with some private funders in order to work with these type deals but they are the most favorite since they bring the most cash.

Work for others by finding their needs and show them how to get it. I have added a Chat Room for networking, getting your questions answered or for any purpose.

All types of creative investing. I am no means interested in conventional investing methods unless the deal is so great. If anyone has a deal that is in question i would like to help you find a solution before you scrap the lead. Lead spelled backwards equal deal.

Currently working in Charlotte North Carolina, looking to expand to Tampa Florida, Phoenix Arizonia, and few other areas like Detroit, Boise and others.
