Homewood Inspections offers you over 20 years of experience in the construction field. This experience is in both architectural and civil fields as a Computer Aided Draftsman for commercial and residential projects.

I have received training and is certificated by the Home Inspection Institute of America. This intensive training is approved by the State of Connecticut.

Certification by the Home Inspection Institute of America requires Homewood Inspections to follow “The Standard of Care for the Home Inspections Profession”. These guidelines meet and exceed various state and nationwide standards including the State of Connecticut.
