ABOUT ME

I have been involved in all aspects of Real Estate Development in California until 1983, when I first became a Residential Appraiser. I then became Certified in the early 1990's when the laws changed, and have been a Certified Residential Appraiser since.
I moved to Arizona in 1994 where I have continued my career as a Certified Residential Appraiser.

My company covers all of Arizona with a quick turn around time (1-2 days after inspection)
My specialty is Custom High End Homes, and Construction loans, as having many years in Real Estate Development has given me the knowledge and expertise in building and construction. However, I do enjoy doing all types of residential appraising.
Throughout the years, I have taught and trained students to become licensed or certified appraisers.
