Hi Tim, Arlington market is doing very well, new construction is on the rise. as you might know, the new cowboys stadium, lots of upscale shopping centers are being built. The population is rising rapidly. We have alot of consumers and investors re-locating from out of state to live and/or invest here because of the cheap housing market. Many Consumers are also buying forclosures through auctions which makes it harder for New homebuilders to sale thier homes. As for my career Im in the process of obtaining a R.E license, but I dont want to be that ordinary agent. I want to be diverse with development, commercial,experience as well. I just dont know where to start, im so overwhelmed!
