I have been in the Real Estate Business full-time for over 10 years. I bought my first 5 plex back in 1985. Over the years, I have been involved in many hundreds of deals, totaling in many millions of dollars. I enjoy networking with other professionals. I wish more people lived by win/win. I strive to create wins for all people.

I believe in honesty, integrity and openness. Life is too short. I don't believe in doing things that are unethical, illegal or immoral. Life's lessons are hard enough without repeating those lessons. As we all learn these lessons, we can create a perfect society.

I enjoy assisting others with getting deals done. Whether it's a deal that doesn't work, or parties that are stuck, I'm good at getting people to see how to create a win/win for all parties.

I can take a 'dead' deal (or a deal that is going down in flames), and find solutions many others can't see.

I enjoy helping others build their business, giving them ideas and honest feedback so they can take their business to the next level. I also appreciate the same in return.
