I have originated loans from both a mortgage broker and a direct lender perspective, and can definitely say that I enjoy being a lender/broker more due to the vast program selection and the ability to turn files quicker.
Prior to the mortgage field, I was a Behavioral Therapist for 3 years, and a property manager for a Fortune 500 Hotel Corporation for 3 years as well.
