If you have up to 90 day old leads, you can do a couple of things to revive them:
You can have the data appended (updated with current contact info) and then you can run them through software that sends out a Voice Broadcast.
Customize a message, have the program call your numbers,the consumer can opt in and press 1 to connect right to you,or opt out at specified times during the day. The campaign will continue even after the software turns off because you will get callbacks from thier caller ID.
At least you know that they are somewhat interested in your offer
