I would like to introduce you to a recently launched international property portal, geared to real estate agents (realtors), private sellers; and buyers, sellers and investors around the world.
Its called PropertyDragon.com and is unique in several ways.
First of all, its one of the only property portals currently on the market that provides a facility to search for property by rental return. So, it helps property investors to find properties, wherever they are in the world, by rental return.

You can add properties to the site for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months; and during that period add as many properties as you want, at no additional cost. The beauty of this business model, though, is that once you have added any property to the site, it stays until its sold. So, no ongoing fees to keep properties advertised.
If your 1 month subscription expires, everything you have added will remain advertised until sold. Once you decide to add more properties, you either renew your existing subscription for another 1,3,6 or 12 months; or purchase a new subscription.
So, its providing a number of unique services and a totally new business model to boot.
