Have Industrial or Commercial Real Estate needs in southern california??
Been awhile since I've been back on here, been so busy with work, but it doesn't seem like TOO much is going on so I wanted to stir the pot a bit!
Even with very, very low vacancy rates, there's still a very strong amount of activity in this commercial market, trust me -- I live it EVERY day!
