Help marketing to Realtors

I was wondering if anybody could help me out. I recently closed a loan and want to send out a questionnaire to the listing agent and the buyers agent on how my services were. Does anybody have a template for something like this i would appreciate it.

Not sure if you're looking to email or use direct mail to contact them, but for email, a good service to use to do surveys (present/past customers, people in your database etc..) is Survey Monkey (http://www.surveymonkey.com). This is helpful in getting feedback to help tailor your advertising...and your skills. But it's email based. You write your own questions.

One thing for sure, Realtor business is without a doubt the absolute hardest way to earn a living as a mortgage loan originator -- LOTS of moving parts in each transaction, plus they take forever to close!
