$1995 Flat Fee Loan Origination

I am currently looking to expand my business and have decided to offer a flat fee loan origination service. I'm not sure if this is something that is in widespread use or not and am looking for opinions from Realtors, etc. as to the feasibility and interest level of such an option. I appreciate your feedback.

If that fee is per month, it is too high. Most net branches charge less than $1500 to do loans.
