I have a friend who started his data base about 2 years ago after being in the mortgage business for 5 years. It took him about 6 months of hard work and discipline, but now he closes over 10 - 15 loans every month because he took care of the important details.
Are there any suggestions for great Client Relationship Management programs?
I'd love to hear some other success stories from loan officers who paid attention to their clients over the past few years. There are some crazy statistics regarding client retention and referrals for mortgage companies that work their client relationships effectively.
Wanna Network already has a couple thousand loan officers in the shot time we have been online. I think it is important for our lending community to educate each other on the importance of running this part of a successful mortgage business.
