Not only will I followup with the buyer and all parties to the transaction regularly, and not leave anyone in the dark, but I will also pay for the buyer's one year home warranty, if seller or selling agent is not doing that. Also, I pay 20% to 25% referral fee at closing. I will take good care of your buyer referrals, and even follow up with them beyond closing.
