My name is Bernie Germani, I have a client in California that wants to move to Colorado Springs,Colorado. I'm selling her house her, and doing the loan in Colorado. Valerie, is going to Colorado June 14 to see if she can find a house there. Valerie is a single female who wants at least a 3 bed/2bath house, pantry, basement,fireplace(that is probably a given) an older house, and only wants to deal with a female Realtor. Please let me know who can help out...
