Default The IndyMac Slap in our faces

You guys have to see this video. I spoke to Mark Madsen this morning about this, as these 2 guys spoke at the Mortgage Revolution in Atlanta that our very own Mark Madsen, Mark Green, and a slew of other help organize.

Bernie,

That's nuts! But after watching this, I am a little confused. If they are making this kind of money on a short sale, why wouldn't they be speeding up the process and closing more short sales? That would only make sense?

Tony - your question is on the money (pun intended). I am a subscriber of Frank and Brain's entertaining reports and get some good information from them.

But they are off on this one. Take a pad a pen and walk through the math they uses. 1 + 1 =3.
