Default is it a bad time to invest in Australia?

I heard that the rental market in Australia's getting worse (at least for those who can't buy residential property). Has anyone of you taken advantage of the rental crisis over there?

Ok, here's the link to the news:

Thumbs up

chelsey9,

Australia and New Zealand are facing what the states have been through in the past few years. I think it is a good move however I would suggest hocking up with a realtor holding a CIPS designation to make sure that you are able to do things right.. As you know each country has rules and regulations that make a big difference when investing.

If you don't know how to find a agent with CIPS let me know and I will let you know. thanks.

Best Regards,
Inaas
