Antonio (Tony) Sena is the Broker/Owner of Shelter Realty. Tony has been licensed in the State of Nevada since 2001 and has been involved in the property management industry since 2006. Tony has a background in Law Enforcement from his days as a Police and SWAT Officer with the City of Henderson. He uses his past training and experiences as a Police Officer in the day to day operations of the Property Management Business, especially when it entails interviewing potential tenants.

Our Fees are as follows:
- Management Fee – 8% of Gross Monthly Rent (minimum $80)
- Admin Setup Fee – One time fee of $299
- Tenant Placement Fee – $200
- Referral Fee – $250 paid to referring agent
Additional Costs:
- $250 Reserve Fund (Used for Authorized Repairs)
